Join us as we celebrate Kwanzaa and learn about the history and traditions of this African-American holiday. Make your own Mkeka (mat), and Kinara (candle holder). Use symbolic colors and discover their meaning while enjoying a special snack.
Family programs are free with Museum admission and for Members, geared to families with children ages 6-12 years old, and include a snack. Activities are designed for adults and children to complete together.

The crawl is focused on the social aspect of building community and aims to facilitate economic empowerment within our community.
