Guyana has clinched the one-day title in the Regional Under-19 Championship after beating the Windward Islands in their final round game at Warner Park, St. Kitts last week.
The Guyanese came away with a narrow six-run victory to ensure they finished unbeaten and remain on the top of the standings with 26.3 points.
Trinidad and Tobago, which lost just one game to Guyana, finished in second spot with 20.8 points after beating Jamaica by six wickets. Windward Islands ended up third on 12.9 points, while ICC Americas were fourth with 9.7 points.
Barbados which lost its first four matches, finished fifth on nine points, while Leeward Islands were one from the bottom with 8.9 points and Jamaica ended last on 5.2 points from their lone victory.
