Mystery spinner Sunil Narine and hard-hitting batsman Kieron Pollard are among members of the West Indies squad to play Pakistan in the upcoming four Twenty20 matches in the Caribbean later this month.
Other members of the squad, which will be led by Barbadian Carlos Braithwaite, include those who played against Pakistan in the last Twenty20 International in the United Arab Emirates last November.
Narine will be joined by fellow Trinidadians Lendl Simmons, Samuel Badrie and Evin Lewis.
Pollard and Narine are expected to play a key role in helping West Indies avenge the 3-0 defeat they suffered against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates.
Pollard has been plying his trade in Australia and will be looking to get back to his best for the series.
Initially, the West Indies team was expected to play two matches against Pakistan but the schedule was changed to include two more matches. This has come about because of the fact that the two previously advertised games for Fort Lauderdale, Florida have been called off due to visa issues faced by Pakistani players.
