Queens-based Haitian-American Hip-Hop artist and dancer, Jennaske has released her debut mixtape, “Nympho Waves.”
According to Marie Driven, the Brooklyn-based Haitian-American managing partner of Playb
Chief Property, Solomon White and Micah Henry produced the project, Driven said.
“The 22-year-old rising star has a fierce presence on and off-screen, a great combination for the Queens, NY native, who joins the latest season of ‘Love and Hip-Hop New York’ as a cast member,” she said.
“Fellow cast member Richie Dollaz gave a touching speech at the listening party, reinforcing to fans that Jennaske is here to stay,” Driven added.
She said attendees included Peter Gunz, Jaquae, Sydney Starr and actor / producer Cisco Rosado.
“The performer has been busy since launching as a professional,” Driven said. “Earlier this week, her single ‘Ske’ came out, and she recently released the music video for the track ‘Been A Problem’ on BET with a great deal of fanfare.”
Driven said Jennaske got her start as a background dancer for NYC rapper Desiigner after releasing a video of her online dancing to “Panda.”
The online HipHipB said Jennaske is “known for her lyrical freestyles and comical antics on social media.
“Jennaske has amassed a loyal fanbase in the thousands,” it said. “She has developed several viral skits on Instagram, Triller and YouTube, and has worked with the likes of 50 Cent, Fetty Wap, Mr. Vegas, Desiigner and Remy Ma, as an artist.
“Jennaske is unapologetically authentic and uncompromised by fame,” HipHipB added. “Her personality is contagious, goofy, fun, blunt and hard not to notice.
“She captured the attention of her hometown with her singles ‘Imma Be The One’ and ‘Pull Up,’ which shows her versatility and range with music,” it continued.
Above all, HipHipB said Jennaske credits her success to hard work and persistence.
“She lives by her mantra, ‘be better than your last week,’” it said. “No doubt, she’s the next big thing from Queens, NY.”
