Things are looking up at LaSante and they’re starting from way back down. Now servicing specialty footcare needs, their podiatry division is now open. Patients already feel at ease when entering the state of the art facility and its expansive waiting rooms.
With ample space for the children and enough legroom to relax, the design team has placed great emphasis on making the wait time and visit as pleasant as it is productive.
Aesthetics are not the only perk at the well furnished health center. LaSante is initializing plans to add specialty service divisions on site and they’ve already implemented LaSante’s very first podiatry department. Dr. Gerard Leotaud, specialty surgeon at Royal Footcare, has joined as leader of the division and will be seeing patients regarding podiatric concerns and corrective surgery.
A graduate of the New York College of Pediatric Medicine and member of the American Microsurgical Orthoplastic Surgical Society since 2016, Dr. Leotaud has extensive knowledge in aspects related to limb damage and degeneration, as well as deformity correction and limb reconstruction. As part of the board of trustees for the Bronx Dance Theatre, Dr. Leotaud views his practice of a way to help his patients realize their true potential in the areas of flexibility and pain management.
