“From Zion is kind of like a response to my mother’s song, ‘To Zion,’ but it’s also literal — it’s from me,” Zion explained. “It represents understanding that where you want to go, you already are. It’s about recognizing the holy city within yourself and sharing that truth with others.”
He is the eldest son of legendary musicians Lauryn Hill and Rohan Marley.

“In the Sky,” another track from his forthcoming album, continues the Marley tradition of blending cultural consciousness with musical innovation. These singles set the stage for a full album that he describes as “bringing back the roots culture to the people.”
