In an effort to revolutionize Caribbean travel Casey Davy, CEO of Breeze Travel Soultions (BTS) and an AMA-certified marketer, is integrating technology with tourism to streamline the booking process and enhance visitor experiences. Through BTS and its subsidiary, Caribbean Travel and Tours (CTT), Davy aims to address long-standing challenges in the region’s fragmented travel industry.
Davy said Breeze Travel Solution was created out of necessity after years of working on projects within the Caribbean tourism sector, including collaborations with major airlines and destinations. “Many local suppliers still rely on manual operations or minimal technological support, creating inefficiencies for both consumers and travel agents,” he said. “Breeze Travel was designed to bridge this gap by leveraging technology and strategic program facilitation.”
CTT, an extension of Breeze Travel, serves as an all-in-one booking platform, consolidating flights, accommodations, tours, activities, and transfers. Unlike traditional platforms that focus primarily on hotel inventory, CTT provides a seamless, user-friendly interface where travelers can plan entire itineraries without navigating multiple websites.
“CTT eliminates the hassle of juggling various travel sites,” Davy said. “Our platform streamlines bookings, from luxury resorts and boutique villas to local tours and cultural experiences. We also integrate major international airlines with regional carriers, making island-hopping more accessible.”
Breeze Travel employs artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance trip planning, offering personalized recommendations based on traveler preferences. The AI-driven tools analyze data to curate tailored experiences, ensuring visitors receive optimal travel suggestions.
“Beyond convenience, AI enables us to provide smarter travel insights,” Davy explained. “We can suggest experiences that align with travelers’ interests, whether they’re seeking adventure, wellness, or cultural immersion.”
He added that BTS prioritizes safety and reliability by conducting a rigorous vetting process for all vendors. “Suppliers must meet specific standards, including proper registration, liability insurance, and adherence to local regulations,” he further noted.
For smaller businesses that may not meet these criteria, BTS offers a Community Development Program to help vendors improve operational standards, obtain certifications, and digitize services. “By empowering small businesses, we promote sustainable tourism and support the regional economy,” Davy said.
Breeze Travel Solution he explained is committed to preserving the Caribbean’s cultural and natural heritage. The company collaborates with local communities to highlight authentic cultural experiences and ensure tourism benefits extend beyond major resorts.
“Tourism in the Caribbean should be more than just beaches and luxury stays,” Davy emphasized. “We are focused on bringing travelers closer to the history, cuisine, and traditions of the islands.”
The platform also emphasizes eco-friendly travel, incorporating sustainable accommodations and tours that support environmental conservation efforts. By partnering with small and mid-sized enterprises, Breeze Travel ensures quality service while maintaining a strong connection to local communities.
Looking ahead, Davy said Breeze Travel plans to expand its destination offerings, with two new Caribbean locations set to be added in the coming months. Additionally, the company is enhancing its AI capabilities to include voice-assisted trip planning.
“With these innovations, we are not only making travel more seamless but also more enriching,” Davy said. “Our goal is to blend modern convenience with the Caribbean’s timeless charm.”
